Woman's Missionary Union meets monthly on the first Thursday at 10:30 AM. The next meeting will be March 4, 2010.
DIAMONDHEAD BAPTIST PRAYER CHAIN
The WMU is looking for ladies who would like to participate in the Church Prayer Chain. A list will be compiled and distributed with teams (and leaders). The leader of each team will be contacted by the church when an urgent prayer need has been requested, and each leader will call the first name on her list. If she does not get an answer she will go to the next name until she finds someone to pass the request on to. If she gets an answering machine she will leave a message about the request and also tell them she (the caller) will call the next person on the list, so the person that is not home will not make a call. This will insure that the request will get to each person on the list.
Please sign up below and place the slip in the offering plate if you would like to be on the prayer chain. Thank you.

Baptist Men's Ministry is now meeting quarterly for a Saturday morning home cooked breakfast and mission project. Check back for the next meeting.

Adult Discipleship Training is currently teaching "The Baptist Faith and Message 1963" on Wednesday nights.
Other special seminars are offered on a rotating basis such as "Basics for Baptists" "Experiencing God" "The Disciple's PrayerLife" "The Mind of Christ" and "To Live Is Christ" along with Beth Moore and Crown Financial studies. Call the church office for details.
